  • Cancellation and Reschedule Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 1 hour in advance. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the link in your confirmation email.

    Late Policy: Since the consultations are only 15 minutes, we aim to start the sessions promptly. You will receive an initial phone call at the scheduled appointment time. If unanswered, a second attempt will be made to reach you within the first 5 minutes of your session. After 5 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.

    Refund Policy: There is no cost associated with the Free Consultations therefore the Refund Policy does not apply.

However, we understand that emergencies (e.g., severe illness, family crisis, or extreme weather) arise. We allow one complimentary reschedule within a 3-month period for documented emergencies. Subsequent cancellations and reschedules within the 24-hour period will be subject to our standard non-refundable policy.
