  • Cancellation and Reschedule Policy: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email.

    Late Policy: You will receive a phone call at the scheduled appointment time. If unanswered, a second attempt will be made to reach you within the first 5 minutes of your session. After 5 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.

    Refund Policy: Not Applicable

    Late Policy: We provide a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your session will be canceled, and your payment will be non-refundable.

We provide this information to Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us and help us manage our relationship with you.

    Accounts: If you create a customer account on this website, we collect personal information to improve our checkout experience and customer service.
